In this video, I review my favourite nutrition product, which is the Torq Gel, by Torq Fitness.
I’ve been hugely impressed by how well they sit in the stomach and how effective they are at fuelling long days on the bike.
Therefore, I felt that I should recommend them to athletes as a great way to improve the quality of their training.
I don’t recommend many products, but I genuinely feel that this gel takes all of the best parts of related products on the market and puts them into a terrific package.
