The custom training program process breaks down into 6 main steps:
- You decide on the length of plan you require
- Purchase your chosen custom plan
- Receive a detailed questionnaire and arrange a consultation with me
- I take your information and craft your unique plan
- Deliver the plan in your free TrainingPeaks Premium account and you begin training
- I answer any questions and queries you have as you go through the plan
You’ll have my full support and knowledge-base with you through your plan and we’ll work together to make your training plan as successful as possible.

CAN I GET HELP THROUGHOUT THE PLAN?
As you train using your plan, you might well have some questions or queries, or may need to shift a few things around. I’ll be here to help with any issues you have, and all you need to do is send me a quick email. This ensures your plan is as effective as possible.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD MY CUSTOMISED PLAN?
Once payment is received, I’ll instantly send you your questionnaire to complete. Once this is done, you’ll get your plan delivered in TrainingPeaks within a matter of days, so you can start training with your customised program as quickly as possible.
WHAT IF I NEED A PLAN LONGER/SHORTER THAN 12-20 WEEKS?
If you need a plan that doesn’t sit within these lengths, just get in touch with me and we can build whatever you need!
WILL I NEED A POWER METER?
Nope, your custom plan is built around what you currently train with and have access to, whether that’s a power meter, a heart rate monitor or just based on RPE (Rating of Perceived Exertion). If you’re on the fence though, do go ahead and get a power meter – it’s one of the best investments you can make when it comes to cycling performance.
